#AskTheExpert wanted to ask about my breast bcz I breastfed my baby till 6.5 months then milk supply reduced so much that my baby don't drink anymore n it's almost nothing left by now, but my breast is so much saggy n have become soo soft.. what should I do?

Do breast sagging exercise
Do abdominal stretching exercise
It will correct soon
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products
Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
Offer different varieties of food
