A. Hello For losing weight, you can 1. Include nutritious foods like skim milk, egg whites, low fat paneer, Dal's, curd buttermilk lemon water, vegetables, salads, fruits nuts daily 2. Avoid fried, sugary, & junk foods 3. Exercise daily for 45 minutes atleast
