A. you can start doing exercises after 6 months of cesarean section you can do brisk walking yoga take diet less in fats and carbohydrates adequate green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please have more rich fiber and proteins diet on daily basis and avoid oily junk and packed food. and yes do yoga planks and surya namaskar after the doctor consult and evaluation. take care
