#asktheexpert Today my baby having vaccine dose and after vaccine does she is very crying

Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. if your child has received DPT vaccination it will cause pain fever and swelling and the pain will be there so the child is crying so you can give Paracetamol to reduce pain and also do some ice fomentation over the injection site

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Calm young infants by swaddling them. Hugs, cuddles and soft whispers can help soothe older babies after a shot. Your child may have mild reactions, such as pain and swelling where the shot was given or a fever; these are common and will soon go away. Contact your child's doctor if anything concerns you.
