#AskTheExpert to reduce tummy after pregnancy,i have two kids ,last was 4yrs back bt now my stomach is increasing what should I do

A. Post pregnancy weight loss is a major concern in almost every female . Because of the hormonal changes post delivery there may be laxity of the muscles and fat content increase. You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which should be avoided in excess and do regular exercise for muscle strengthening which should be gradually increaskoed . Also take plenty of liquids and give proper breastfeeding to the baby which will also be beneficial in management of the weight .

Hi mommy mommy Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration
