A. el yiy just eat a balance diet and try to see yiy can do light work only.avoid stress and sex at any time and take iron and calcium in time ok

A. Hi dear Congratulations!! Eat healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups. Do not take any kind of stress. Stay happy and stress free which is most important at this time. Take adequate rest. Go for a slow walk daily. Go for regular check ups
