#AskTheExpert doctor had confirmed that my placenta is lower covering the cervix. and i am in my 2nd trimister.. ( 4th month is ending).. do u have any suggestions on how shd I deal with this.. or take care of myself.. any advisable sleeping postions Or diet? will be come above or it will stay in the cervix itself.. I am too depressed!!

A. hi would be mom don't concentrate on this let the doctors suggest you and you follow the instructions just eat well, hydrate yourself well Take proper precautions stay safe
