whole grains (oats. jowar. bajra, nachani)
pulses
vegetable salads
milk , paneer. curd
egg, fish
fruits
nuts ( Almonds cashews walnuts)
in childs daily meals

it is always best to offer freshly cooked homemade food.
and as a child is 5 year old ,you can offer food from your family pot.
so try to make your child sit to take meal with whole family because children learn more from imitating their parents.
