Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. the most common cause of such white patches is due to sensitive skin and sometimes it can be due to weather changes and sometimes it can be due to nutritional deficiency also so you have to just apply moisturizing lotion and if it is not improving then meet your doctor
