white patches on baby face . he is 5months old. is there any vitamin deficiency ? please suggest an ointment.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Seems like milia,Milia en plaque can sometimes be successfully treated with medicated creams or an antibiotic called minocycline. You should not try to squeeze or scrape off milia on your own, as you might do with a pimple. This can scar the skin or cause an infection.
