Hello mom they can now be given all the usual family foods now , 3 main meals and two time snacks can be given to them as well now , so roti, rice , millets , different variety of dals, chana , rajma etc, dry fruits and nuts , seasonal fruits and vegetables, sago , dalia, eggs , milk , panner, ghee etc
