A. hi.. this is children are exposed to screen and mobile for a longer duration make sure you are maintaining a proper diet chart and time table and offer food as per the time table.. avoid giving mobile during meal times make the child set along with the family during meal Times

A. Hi parent please strictly avoid all packaged food and product with refinde flour please give daily sun light exposure please avoid RO water please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
