it happens because of many reasons like dry skin, allergy to something like fabric or cosmetics, heat or sweating, infection etc
so please feed a child on demand
dress a child in loose fitting Cotton clothes
keep your child in well vantileted room
skip suspected cosmetics
maintain good hygiene
apply thin layer of baby soothing Calamine lotion on it
