such rashses are formed by many reasons like dry skin, eczema , allergic reaction to cosmetics,heat or sweating etc
so please keep your child skin well moisturised using any good brand lotion like Babyhug lotion
avoid using any cosmetics.
dress your child in Cotton clothes.
keep your child in well vantileted room.
