#AskTheExpert sir my child who is 3 yrs old is not eating properly and is also passing hard stool that too with great difficulties. I also notice last night that his heart beat was too much fast. can u hlp me plz

Ruta MuleyMom of a 6 yr 7 m old girl3 years agoA. Hard Stool is results of dehydration. please give her a small glass of water after every meal. Also, ensure that she drinks water after every outdoor activity.

it seems that a child is having dehydration .
please consult your pediatrician for once.
give fiber rich diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more.
give liquid diet like soup , juice, coconut water, buttermilk, nimbupani etc more.
give luke warm water with pinch of salt in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours.
