it can be baby acne, miliria which we call heat Rashes,or eczema
usually it alright by own
but please avoid using harsh soap, scrubs, baby wipes on your child face.
use Luke warm water and baby friendly body wash like Babyhug brand body wash while bathing
keep your child nails trimmed
