#AskTheExpert sir my babys weight and height both are below average, I am. giving him good food but still no change, please suggest what can he done. his weight is 9.7 kgs

A. Weight seems fine not a issue. Give healthy diet. You can banana, avocado, potatoes, sweet potatoes, peas, Give milk frequently. Give dals, pulses, dairy products like panner, curd, eggs and nuts or nuts powder mixed Ith milk every day. Gvie it regularly or everyday as all are eheakthy.
