#AskTheExpert sir my 5 years old and 3 nd half years old so both of them height growth is very slow please advise me what can I do nd other wise any tell me about any medicine .

A. pedicure powder is not suitable

A. give all t o. Diet containing of green vegetables and citrus fruits . A protein source like soyabean , paneer or egg and variety of food items with all cereal will help for weight and height gain and building of immunity . Pediasure protein powder after 2 yr of age .
