That’s common to be seen you should give any good supplement to the child specially B complex usually comes very handy and give more of liquids during this time they do not eat more of solid so you can work upon buttermilk Coconut water liquid Kirti and soups you can liquid porridge to the child as well Khichdi is also going to be a very good option for you to use
