A. hi dear Answer: Squinty eye with smiling Everyone has slight asymmetries in their body and potentially the orbicularis muscle is stronger on one side. I wouldn't do anything surgical. If this bothers you, consider Botox or Dysport with an Oculoplastic Surgeon.
