Give your daughter small and frequent meals which are rich in nutrients and calories. Include foods like ragi, curd, banana, paneer, sprouts, sweet potato, dals etc.
Sample plan - suji kheer with nuts for breakfast, banana as mid meal, sprouts uttapam, apple lassi, cheese paneer sandwich + dal soup for dinner, milk+ dates before bedtime.

please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi butter paneer ghee milk etc
please include green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
