#AskTheExpert sir mera beta 8 plus month ka hai vo humesha aajkal uske ears pe hath lagata hai aur kbhi kbhi dono Kan pe hath laga ke unko dabata hai..usko teething bhi ho rahi hai 4 teeth aa gaye 2 upar 2bniche ...baki vo pareshn nhi karta khelta rehta hai..bus ears pe hath lagata hai bar bar

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. rubbing of ear as well as itching of the ears is totally normal.
if the child is not crying do not worry about it and to decrease the itching sensation you can apply coconut oil over it.
do not use earbuds to clean the intedrnal ear cavity.
external ear can be cleaned with the help of clean cotton cloth.
treatment xis given only if the child is crying with pain while itching.
for pain you can give paracetamol
