#asktheexpert sir/madam my daughter is 2.11yr she wake up so many times at night n demand for feeding that's why I'm not able sleep properly... I want to know what is the reason behind it..

A. Hello mom by this age as he above the age of 2 you can give him a filling dinner and also cows milk or any animal milk if you have introduce before bedtime would be helpful
