A. You need to have less quantity of food, but more frequently . Take freshly cooked food and more of green leafy vegetables and sprouted brains in your diet. Have regular daily walking which is very helpful during pregnancy to maintain digestion Drink adequate water intake

A. hi parent I suggest you please include green leaf veggies and fruits in your daily diet please take more liquid diet please include natural probiotics in your daily diet please take small portion of food please take small walk regular please take daily sun light exposure please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
