A. hi sir, my Pediatrician recommended flu vaccine for my baby but now it is not a flu season.Is it okay to get flu vaccine for my baby or else should l delay it?

A. Vaccination needs to be given to child as now the present covid situation becomes somewhat favourable. Mandatory vaccinations should be on the priority list followed by optional vaccine later on . Influenza vaccine can be given on priority above 6 months of age to protect against seasonal flu viruses to avoid unnecessary complicaotions in children.
