A. Hello dear parent! By this age your child should be eating all the homemade foods that you daily prepare for your family. Let the child be physically active and feel hungry before the next meal. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the daily diet. Get your baby personally examined by your doctor for any vitamin deficiency.
