Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. take tablet cetirizine 10mg once a day and paracetamol 500 mg can be taken for fevefr as well as pain. go for hot saline gargles at least 4 times per day and take tulsi ginger honey as well as turmeric with milk. you can continue breastfeeding if going on. if there is no improvefment in 3 days it is advisable to meet the doctor
