She might he having some sort of allergy.
You may use the cataphil lotion over the affected area.
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered..
Please use cotton clothes to wear.
Don't over use diapers.
if there are other symptoms and the same symptoms persist , please consult your pediatrician
