#AskTheExpert sharp muscle pain in breasts.. I am a breastfeeding mother to a 7 and half month old baby.. What can be the reason? suggest remedies..

A. Do hot fomentation or keep warm wet napkin on your breast for 10 -15 minutes. if no improvement, do Consult a lactation expert or your gynec for same. tc
