A. flu vaccine also known as influenza vaccine is very important for decreasing the chances of viral infection by at least 60% in your child. the first dosage is given at the end of 6 months and the second dosage at the endx of 7 months and then every year till completion of 7 years of age. previously it was an optional vaccine but now it is considered as an important vaccine for children. flu vaccizne can be started at any age. best time for flu vaccine is usually just before rainy season on set
