Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. if the red spot in the eyes or redness comes again and again and is not improving on its own in next two or three days and the child is also having complaints (watery and itchy eyes) txhen it is advisable to maintain hygiene of the eyes and meet your doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment because it can be either due to allergy or infection (conjunctivitis).
