#AskTheExpert . recently i go to scan mam.the doctor said 5weeks 1day, gestational sac is also appeared but embryo sac and yolk sac is inviable.and my question is..when these are appears and heartbeat also not occurred
my scan is done through transvaginal mam.
please mam how many weeks it happen to see those all??

Hi mam my last lmp date is dec 27th mam.
and i don't hav irregular periods also,i got everymonth regular cycles only.and one more thing mam.. recently 2days back that is feb18,19 im suffering with some what light bleeding and backache mam., immediate i go to hospital and check up to the dr,then dr said that OS is some what opened so thats y bleeding occurred.,on Feb 14th i wl go to scan mam,they told gestational sac is 6mm,OS is closed,evrything is ok,but yolksac and embryo is not identified mam.but now the dr told after seeing vaginal discharge.then she immediately suggest an proluton 250mg injection.and suggest viability scan after 1 week,and she also told me to take complete bed rest mam.and then after taking  that proluton injection and came back to home and take total bedrest then my bleeding will stopped mam.but am worried about any miscarriage and all..so please give me suggestion mam?? any thing i hav problem or else??

Hello good morning !! 5-7 weeks gestational sac will be visible sometimes yolk sac won't visible in early days 5-6 weeks in case of late ovulation and irregular periods.
You didn't mention about your LMP last menustral date , if you have irregular periods late ovulation then 
Don't worry go for second opinion and get  beta HCG test done so that HCG levels will help in determining gestational age.
