A. A 3 year old baby can eat almost everything cooked properly as adults. For healthy nutrition, feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks including variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water. Include foods like oatmeal with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, chapati with paneer gravy, chicken soup, besan and beetroot cheela, idli-dosa with sambhar, stuffed parantha, legumes, ghee, chicken and fish curry with rice, stuffed parantha, mixed vegetable soup, khichdi, dalia, boiled egg omelette, veg cutlet, pan cakes, waffle and 550-600 ml milk everyday.
