This is a child can poop even 7 to 10 times even 15 times in the day which is completely normal and the consistency can be hundred percent water only nothing else but that is normal as the digestion is not proper is the first time they start eating something from the mouth so you can expect the digestion would not be supportive and that is why it is a normal thing to be seen
