#asktheexpert Only 2 months left in my delivery,main kya kru jisse normal delivery ho ,kya khaye, kya yoga kre,special tips dijiye pls.

A. For normal delivery You should remain active during your pregnancy and have regular daily walking once you reach 38 weeks you can start doing squats , but with someone's support. Also 1st have proper Consultation with your doctor. all the best
