ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. fruits, eggs, paneer ghee soya.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.See it looks ok only.but if you doubt then for your satisfaction show to a doctor there as they can examine the patient and give even a better opinion in this case .

U Should continue with supplements like multivitamins iron than calcium for at least six months to 1 year and other than that you should try to have a good amount of proteins into your diet and please get your test done if you have any deficiency then you can start with for the supplements and consult a nutritionist as well
