When you are a breastfeeding mother you cannot suddenly reduce your calories because it is your requirement and gradually .
you need to have more fibres in the diet, reduce your carbohydrate intake, increase your proteins in the diet and drink green tea twice in the day.
Start exercising , yoga, or brisk walking
