Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. most of the times it is a blocked duct sometimes it can be fibroadenoma For further advice in this problem it is advisable to consult your doctor for proper physical examination appropriate investigations and proper advice please see your doctor once

This lump can be the milk duct which is very much normal during breastfeeding.
Also consult with your doctor for the same once to be on the safer side. Take care
