NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello with the fever alone breastfeeding is not a problem and she in continue to do it but if she's taking any additional medication apart from the paracetamol then it would be better to one's check with your doctor if you can be feeding your baby or not
