#AskTheExpert my wife has gained beely fat considerably after delivery (s_section).. currently 4 months since delivery. how to get rid of that excess fat.. thanks

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. I think you have to let her rest for a while and as of now she can only do brisk walking. Until six months after surgery extra care should be taken do not put any pressure on your abdomen because that may again cause incisional hernia.
