Okay try this I’ll give you two suggestions over here which I personally believe really work is a completely cut down onto your sugar at least for initial two or three months don’t have any sugar no biscuits chocolate like anything externally where you have chocolates from don’t have that you can have little bit of fruit and intermittent fasting for 12 to 16 hours where your last meal should end by 630 or six in the evening and the next day you should start around 10 o’clock or 1030 in the morning with morning tea or whatever you would want to eat that will definitely help you with my workout that suits you the best best
