A. dear mom ideally take a dietary consultation from a qaulified dietitian as you may require follow ups eat wisely, have good protiens, variety of vegetables and fresh fruits exercise for atleast half an hour

A. try doing few exercises like walking, cardio 9r yoga...have healthy diet, also try mamaearth apple cider vinegar its really effective for lossing extra pounds
