A. massage with coconut oil twice or thrice a day. have bath with raw milk or curd mixed with lemon and honey and apply for half an hour daily .. .

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please massage your effective area with coconut oil and aldo after oiling apply aleoveera gel. and clean with like warm water. and aldo you can apply mamaearth ubtan too take care
