Give proper food to the child where in you can add salt and spices to the food including Desi ghee make it flavour some you can give fruits and vegetables porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato Idli Sambar Dosa Suji Upma Halwa ragi and oats all these things are healthy and better option is to be given stick to healthy food I’m sure it will work
