#AskTheExpert my son's teeth has spots on it since they have erupted. even now when he is two years old his teeth has those spots. not due to eating chocolates. what shall I do?

A. if you are giving any iron supplements that the spots are due to that otherwise these are cavities so please visit the dentist and get them chevked. . . . .
