Most of the toddlers are fussy and picky eaters and therefore, it is important to mix variety of foods so that maximum nutrition can be given even in small quantities. Try not to force feed and make eating a fun time. Serve in a kiddie bowl, plate or cup with a straw from brands like Babyhug feeding range and in different colors and shapes to make it interesting. Keep giving finger foods to develop chewing habits.
