#asktheexpert my baby is not having proper food depend only on milk what should I do??

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom you have to stop giving too much of milk as that will kill hunger . So limit the intake of milk and make a diet routine for him for it

Hi mom Limit milk to 500 ml a day Offer different varieties of food Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals pulses whole grains milk products Take a good care of your baby Burp well after every feeding Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
