#asktheexpert My son is very active but doesn't eat properly. Mostly likes to eat sweet food. How Can I make him eat savoury dishes?

Please don't include excess sugar and salt.
Please don't give her packaged and processed food , maida items, excess suagr and salt
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
Give her more probiotics millets and citrus fruits
don't use RO water
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
