#asktheexpert my son is under weight according to his age. he's 11.5kg only. Age 2.8yrs. any advice for his immunity boost also

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom not to worry if he is active for his age and is also eating a healthy and well balanced diet their is no concern .
you may also give him all usual family foods, and also prefer to gradually increase the quantity and variety , fruits and vegetables which are seasonal and locally avaiable are benefical
