most important to give plenty of fluids to keep him well hydrate.
give ors water n semi solid food, which is rich in protein.

but as your child is having fever since 3 days ,I advise to visit your pediatrician.
it is important
keep your child well hydrated.
give Sponge bath to reduce the temperature.
